ComfyUI is built for quick creative exploration. It gives artists and technical teams a flexible way to build generative workflows, test ideas, and turn node graphs into images, videos and models.

Production need to be more disciplined. AYON is working on a full ComfyUI integration that brings those workflows into a managed studio pipeline. The integration is currently in private early access, with general availability planned for May 28.

A full AYON host integration for ComfyUI

The ComfyUI integration works like AYON’s desktop DCC integrations, connecting ComfyUI directly into the wider production environment. It also accounts for the way ComfyUI is often used in practice, with the interface running in the browser and the ComfyUI server not always running locally on the artist’s machine.

Graphs, inputs and outputs under control

With the AYON ComfyUI integration, studios will be able to:

• Save ComfyUI graphs through AYON’s Workfiles tool

• Load managed production content directly into ComfyUI graphs

• Publish generated images, videos and models from ComfyUI into AYON

ComfyUI can stay flexible, experimental and fast. AYON adds the structure around it, so useful generations can be versioned, tracked, reviewed and reused like the rest of your production data.

No loose output folders. No guessing which graph made which result. No separating AI workflows from the pipeline that needs to manage them.

Official Ynput support

Ynput is adopting this integration as the official supported AYON addon for ComfyUI.

That means official documentation, support resources and a clearer path for studios bringing ComfyUI into production.
